1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Fabbit, concerning your access to and use of the Fabbit storefront and studio services. By placing an order or using this site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms.

2. Ordering & Custom 3D Printing

Fabbit operates an additive manufacturing print-on-demand service.

  • Custom Uploads: When you submit files (.STL, .OBJ, images, or links) for custom printing requests, you warrant and represent that you own the intellectual property rights to print that model, or have obtained a valid commercial/personal printing license. Fabbit reserves the right to reject print orders violating copyrights.
  • Accuracy of Renders: Pre-production renders or preview images are digital approximations. Minor variations in filament color tones, textures, and support structure marks are normal characteristics of layered FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing.
  • Stock Adjustments: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone orders in cases of machinery malfunctions, filament shortages, or high order volumes, offering full refunds.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payments

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing structures at any time. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping, Damage & Replacements

We inspect and package all prints in double-walled bubble-wrapped containers. If your print is damaged during transit, you must contact fabbit.official@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and item. We will reprint and reship valid shipping damage claims free of charge. Due to the bespoke custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Fabbit, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or Fabbit products. Ambient lamps must be used in well-ventilated settings and plug into appropriate USB safety standards. Fabbit is not liable for electrical hazards arising from incorrect power supply utilization.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within India.
